Shipping

Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the shipping weight and destination of each order. All items will be shipped via Canada Post or Courier. Bulky items, which are oversized or overweight for shipping by normal methods may incur additional shipping charges. Certain items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer and additional shipping charges may apply. Custom order items for customers may take up to six (6) weeks to deliver depending on availability from the manufacturer. Please remember that items shipped by courier or common freight carrier will require a signature in order to receive the shipment at a valid street address post office boxes cannot be used to receive courier deliveries. If no one is home to receive the order the courier will leave an "attempted delivery notice" and will attempt delivery again on the following day. We accept Visa or MasterCard and American Express. Payment must be cleared prior to shipment of your order.We gladly accept all sizes of orders. If your order is over $450.00 in merchandise we will pay half of the shipping cost (Canada only). For all orders over $800.00 in regular merchandise we will pay all the shipping cost (Canada only). Items that are special order from the manufacturer unfortunately do not qualify for this offer.


Damaged Packages/Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt. All damaged merchandise will be replaced promptly. Upon arrival of your package if it looks damaged you have the right to refuse it. If the package looks questionable please ensure the courier makes note of it before you sign for delivery. Following these procedures will assist us in claiming from the courier for the damages. Please retain all damaged shipping cartons for inspection by the courier or common freight carrier; failure to do so may void the claim. Items should be inspected and tested immediately upon receipt. If a product fails after the 30-day return period, it becomes the responsibility of the manufacturer to repair or replace the item under the terms of the warranty. Please retain your original invoice for proof of purchase.

Returning Merchandise

Items being returned must be in resalable condition, with the original packaging, and with all parts intact. Sorry we cannot accept C.O.D. returns.
